Egypt News-Egypt Declares National Emergency; 278 Dead In Clashes-Newsmasthi.com

According to reports, over 270 people have been killed in violence across the country, after Egyptian security forces opened fire as they tried to clear two protest camps loyal to deposed president Mohamed Morsi in Cairo.
The violence has reportedly spread from the capital to other parts of the country including the Mediterranean city of Alexandria.
State of emergency has been declared for at least a month, with a curfew from 7pm to 6am in Cairo, according to reports, as well as ten other provinces including Alexandria and Suez.
Egypt’s health ministry confirmed at least 278 people including 43 police officers were killed and hundreds of others were injured. However, the Muslim Brotherhood says more than 2,000 people died in Wednesday’s violence.
