Indian Political News-Modi cCalls for a Congress-Free India, Slams policies on Pak,China-Newsmasthi.com

Hyderabad: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday issued a call for ousting the Congress, terming the party a "burden" on the nation and slamming its government at the Centre for the policy on Pakistan, China and Bangladesh.
Addressing thousands of supporters at the Lal Bahadur Stadium in Hyderabad, Modi accused the central government of going soft on Pakistan despite the killing of five Indian soldiers along the Line of Control by the Pakistan Army on Tuesday.
"When one Indian soldier was killed and another was beheaded earlier, the Prime Minister said such incidents will not be tolerated. But last week, five more soldiers were killed by the Pakistan Army. The nation wants to know why the government in Delhi is silent. Why does our country have to bear the atrocities committed by Pakistan?" Modi asked.
"At the time our jawan was beheaded, our government was treating Pakistani leaders in Jaipur with biryani and calling it protocol. Can we have protocol with those who kill our soldiers? This government is busy with votebank politics and is incapable of protecting its people," he said.
Modi alleged the central government had instructed soldiers to go soft on intruders from Bangladesh and that its negotiations with China after the intrusions in Ladakh were not in India's interests. "After one such intrusion by China, our foreign minister goes to Beijing and praises the city. Shame on our government for sprinkling acid on the wounds of our people," he said
